The Villa

Location

The villa is situated at Anthéor, down to the Mediterranean in the Southern France, between Cannes (distance approx. 20 km) and Saint-Raphaël (distance approx. 10 km). We have initiated the building of the villa ourselves, and the villa was completed in 1992.

From the villa there is a unique panoramic sea view.

Facilities

The villa is equipped with all sorts of modern kitchen equipment, kitchen hardware (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, induction cooker, oven & microwave oven etc.), furniture (indoor as well as outdoor), TV, DVD player, satellite TV, fireplace/open barbecue/grill as well as Danish duvets and pillows etc. – everything of good quality, primarily of Danish origin. There is wireless internet in the house. Internet use is unlimited and free of charge. The house is equipped with two air-to-air heat pumps for heating and cooling.

Pool

In 2017 a 38 m² “infinity” pool has been built. The pool has a built-in cover that can easily be activated when the pool is not in use. There is an outdoor shower with warm water at the pool.

Interior

The built-on area of the villa is approx. 250 m² on 2 floors. The villa have large terraces to the south in 3 levels with potential for sun from morning to dawn.

The villa is equipped for up to 8 persons with 8 permanent beds (single beds) in 4 separate bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and with a big dressing room to the biggest bedroom, 2 big bathrooms with a big cabinet shower in each, a big living room and a very big, open kitchen/dining room etc. The villa is thus ideal for a big family or for 2 families, who wants to rent it together.

The villa appears very spectacular, light and tempting, kept in Scandinavian style, but gently adjusted the Provencial conditions, and everything is very easy to keep and clean.

Vacant weeks

The rent is including usual consumption of water, heating and electricity, but excluding telephone (During winter-season or prolonged lettings water and electricity can be according to actual consumption).

To the rent is added a safety deposit of usually €500, which is repaid afterwards, if the villa is returned in an undamaged condition. Cleaning is performed by an external bureau and is obligatory. The fee for cleaning is subtracted from the safety deposit.

Under normal circumstances, a smaller discount can be expected by booking 2 or more consecutive weeks. Thus for example:

By booking (primarily outside of high season) prolonged lettings an individual price agreement can be obtained.
